The APS Fall Show at
Lost Pines Art Center (LPAC)

The Lost Pines Art Center is a lovely facility in historic downtown Bastrop. The Art Center houses several art galleries, shops and studios, classroom space, and an in-house bakery. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Timeline of the 2019 show:
- Saturday, September 7 – Show Reception was Saturday, 6 pm – 8 pm
- First Saturday, Art After Dark, with live music and refreshments
- Wednesday, October 30 – Strike Date and pick up your painting(s).
Pastels in the Pines, the APS fall show at the Lost Pines Art Center in Bastrop included 30+ artists who submitted works to this show. It looked wonderful.

Peggy Mapes-Anderson, Rae Andrews, Richard Banh, Tricia Bogle, Yingying Chen, Signe Cox, Bob Douglass, Jan Frazier, Albert Handell, Pam Hickl, Geneva Johnson, CJ Jordan, Wendy Layne, Anna Lisa Leal, Robin Lively, Jody Martin, Maribel Mast, Cindy Maus, Mary McCabe, Sandy Medina, Mary Olivera, Nancy Overton, Jennifer Pangelinan, Sue Patterson, Debbi Perkins, Mimi Poteet, Neva Rossi-Smoll, Joycelyn Schedler, Julie Schmidt, Joe Straub, Linda Wells, Enid Wood, and Timothy Woolsey.
Our participating artists included some new members as well, and some who are new to having work in a show.
The public reception was September 7, with live music, refreshments, and, of course, great art.
